Pearls Letting Agency Requirements
Short Term Requirements as follows:
Check In: From 9 am in most cases
Check Out: 12 Noon
$75 Reservation Fee refunded upon check-in.
Full payment of booking required upon check-in.
PHP 10,000 deposit required upon check-in.
PHP 10,000 deposit refunded upon check-out once inventory checked for missing/damaged items.
Water bill, cable tv and internet usage are included in your rent.
Electric bill is not included in your rent. The amount of electricity used is calculated accurately by reading the meter upon your check in and check out.
One Month Rental Requirements as follows:
Check In: From 9am in most cases
Check Out: 12 Noon
Twenty two days stay or more qualifies for monthly rate.
Checkout is always 'the previous day of the following month'
Example: Check in on the 10th - Check out on the 9th
$75 Reservation Fee refunded upon check-in.
Full payment of booking required upon check-in.
PHP 10,000 as deposit required upon check-in.
Deposit refunded upon check-out once inventory checked for missing/damaged items and that utility bills have been paid. (This is easily done from meter readings)
Electric bill, water bill, cable tv and internet usage are not included in the rent and are the responsibility of the tenant.
3 months stay or longer - Requirements Available Upon Request
