Is housekeeping provided? "Upon check in you are provided with clean linen and towels, a bottle of drinking water, some hand soap and toilet tissue. After the check in it is up to you to maintain the cleanliness, laundry and supplies in the condo.

 

Do you offer hotel type service? "We do not offer hotel type service, we offer fully furnished and well equipped apartment rentals. During your stay we have a large operations team that can assist you with any maintenance issues. We aim to fix any maintenance issues a.s.a.p but you need to be patient and work with us because we would first make an appointment with either contractors, building maintenance or  service providers to rectify the issue. We are always available through phone and e-mail during your stay to offer you assistance should any appliances or fittings in the condo stop functioning"

 

What is the voltage in the condos? "All of our condos are 220v"

 

Do you have iron, ironing board, pots, pans, utensils, etc? "All of our condos come with the following items as standard, air con, hot water shower, cable tv, internet connection, wi-fi router, ironing board, iron, cooking range or stove top, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, linen, towels "

 

Do you have coffee makers and hairdryers? "No, that is not a part of our standard inventory"

 

Can I hire an additional bed? "We have available queen size foam beds with mattress protector, fitted sheet, flat sheet, two pillows and two bath towels for PHP 1,000 (one off payment)"

 

Can I hire a baby crib or high chair? "We do not offer that service"

 

Can I view the condo before I reserve? "Yes, we are always available to assist with viewings but the condo must be vacant. We have a policy of not disturbing our guests after they check in. First you need to check if the condo is available for the dates of your stay, then if you want to view the condo you should double check the viewing availability first before showing up at the condo."

 

Is parking included or available? "Each condo is different, if you need parking you should double check first before making the booking"

 

Can I check in late at night, check out early in the morning? "Yes, we have four Property Managers who assist guests with check ins/check outs 24/7"

 

Can I invite friends, family members back to my condo? "Yes, for the duration of your stay you are a resident of the building and your family/friends can come and visit/stay with you any time. Please note only residents of the condo are allowed to use the amenities, visitors and friends cannot use any of the amenities"

 

Is there a charge for using the pool and gym? "Most buildings charge for use of the gym, and some buildings charge for the use of the pool, the rules are constantly changing so we do not give advice regarding this, in your lease agreement it states that you need to follow the rules and regulations of each building. Do not be surprised if you are asked to pay to use the swimming pool or gym"

 

Do you accept one night bookings? "We do not accept one night bookings, the minimum stay is two nights"

 

Is there a safety deposit box in the condo? "We do not offer hotel type service"

 

Are the condo buildings secure? "All of our condo buildings have 24 hour security"

 

Are pets allowed in the condo? "None of our condo owners allow pets"

 

Can I smoke in the condo? "Smoking is not allowed inside any of our condos, if the condo has a balcony you are welcome to smoke on the balcony"
